Building Renovation Project

Since Fall 2024, LFM has been on the journey of repairing damages to its facility in preparation for renovations to create space for the community outreach work it has long undertaken.

 Phase 1

All windows were replaced with hurricane-impact windows to stem the deterioration of building's exterior walls.

Phase 2

Power-washed the building, repaired all existing cracks in the building's exterior, bonded & sealed, stucco'd, and painted.

​

Phase 3

Build new men's restroom, convert dilapidated existing men's restroom into administrative offices, and flip existing offices into community pantry.
