HOW CAN I SERVE?

Do you love meeting new people? Get excited to see new people visiting church? Join the Guest Team to be a part of following up with persons who are first-, second-, or third-time guests at LFM.

Often persons come to the altar for prayer but don't know where to start. If you feel called to intercede for persons, counsel and stand with them as they seek God, then this is the team for you.

While the ability to sing (and harmonize), or play an instrument are necessary to serve with the Worship team, a heart of worship and a desire to help create an atmosphere that points others to the worship of Christ is of utmost importance to serve with LFM Worship.

Be the eyes and ears of each worship experience. This team manages the audio, video, and livestreaming functions of the church in excellence to add to the overall worship experience of the in-person and virtual attendees. Experience is not necessary but is a bonus.

This teams allows you to use your gifts of dance, acting, choreography, spoken word/dub poetry, producing, stage design, and stage management to lead in worship of God and in ministry to others.

First impressions matter, and Greeters are key to LFM's first impressions. Bring all of your outgoing and friendly energy to greet and guide members and visitors for each service from the parking lot to the sanctuary, and to ensure first time guests get a welcome packet before leaving service. Greeters will have to arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled start of all services + special events.

Do you love hosting others and have a great attention to detail? Join the hospitality team and be a part of taking care of special guests from gift bags, amenities, food & beverage, accommodations/transportation, etc. to ensure they are at home while serving/ministering with us. This team also coordinates all food, beverage, and décor for special events and services.

Love to create content and to interact online? The digital ministry team creates and regularly posts content that ministers to others while growing LFM's digital ministry reach.

The aim of this ministry is to teach Middle + High School students to plug in to Christ + the Church so that they become the plug for the Community + Culture. Love working with teens and have a passion to guide them to their full potential in God? This team is responsible for planning and executing events + programs that are Christ-focused for teens and pre-teens.

This team collaborates on creative, often innovative, ways to raise funds via events and special projects to supplement the ministry budget and increase in reach and impact across all areas of LFM.

Lead weekly in-person and virtual prayer gatherings, and cover special requests as they are submitted. Have a passion for interceding on behalf of others and a strong faith in the active power of God? This team is for you.

From maintaining members' records, data entry, communications, and scheduling, this team is great for the organized person who is timely with follow up, great at customer service, discerning, and detail-oriented.

Key to the DNA of LFM is outreach to our local community through various means. Have a passion to serve the least, to help persons break limiting cycles and to spread the gospel of Jesus? Join an Outreach Team to  become a more integrated part of service to Bunche Park and Miami Gardens at large.
